Fireside Munsch

M. John Kennedy’s hit solo show Fireside Munsch is a high-energy performance featuring four of Robert Munsch’s classic stories performed as one wacky storytelling play. There are three zany shows to choose from based on four beloved Munsch stories:

Munsch Goes Wild: Andrew’s Loose Tooth, Alligator Baby, Smelly Socks and No Clean Clothes
Classic Munsch Mayhem: Mud Puddle, Mortimer, The Paperbag Princess and Jonathan Cleaned Up and Then He Heard A Sound
A Merry Munsch-mas: I Have To Go, Thomas’ Snowsuit, Finding Christmas and Sounds Like Christmas (Nov/Dec only)

About Fireside Munsch
M. John Kennedy received his B.A.H. from York University and his M.A. from the University of Toronto. He has also trained with Bluemouth, NaCL, The Second City, Soulpepper, Rapier Wit and the Professional Actors’ Laboratory. He has been a Faculty Member at the Randolph College for the Performing Arts since 2002 and has also taught at Sheridan, George Brown and TMU. M. John's other recent theatre credits include: The Great Shadow (4th Line); A Christmas Carol Comedy (No Porpoise); A Number (Lunar Stage); Macbeth, Hamlet and Romeo & Juliet (Classical Theatre Project); The 39 Steps (Gin Soak'd); The Hound of the Baskervilles and End of the Rainbow (Globus), Krampus, The Princess Knight and Treasure Island* (Solar Stage). He has been nominated for 10 Dora awards over the course of his career, including nominations in writing, ensemble, and producing. *Dora Award nomination(s) for Outstanding Performance by an Individual.
