The Prologue Club
The Prologue Club is a student-led initiative that encourages students across Ontario to develop and utilize leadership skills through the selection and planning process of bringing performances and workshops to their schools.
Student Programming Committee
Prologue Performing Arts gathers students in grades 5-12 who are passionate about the performing arts each year to join the Student Programming Committee. Students on the Programming Committee meet multiple times during the school year to review artist applications submitted to Prologue and provide feedback on the types of performing arts experiences they wish to see in schools.
LAP North
The Leadership Through the Arts Program (LAP) in schools is an initiative designed to foster youth leadership among high school students across Ontario. With the guidance of classroom teachers and mentorship from LAP artists, students will participate in workshops designed to develop leadership skills and have the opportunity to plan and execute their own arts-based workshop series for an elementary class in their community. This year, LAP will take place in a handful of schools in Northern Ontario.
