Even small monthly contributions add up to make a big difference:

  • $25/month ($300 annually): With 40 donors, your collective contributions total $12,000, fully funding our Artist Transportation Fund to bring performances to students across Ontario.
One-Time Gift Examples:
  • $250: Helps support Prologue’s day-to-day activities, ensuring we can continue bringing arts experiences to young people across Ontario.
  • $500: Supports the Prologue Club, a student-led initiative that encourages students across Ontario to develop leadership skills by selecting and planning performances and workshops for their schools.

There is power in numbers, and your donation ensures that performing arts remain a vital part of education for all students in Ontario.

    Hear from our Community

    From Our Artists:

Prologue facilitates hundreds of performing arts experiences for children and youth over the course of the year, and has helped me to keep creative and engaged as an artist. Prologue not only supports individual artists like me but the larger arts education community is also greatly impacted through their vision and advocacy for equal access to the performing arts.

    From Schools:

“I hope you receive the gift of immortality and live or exist forever and never falter once because presenting these plays for us all creates precious memories for every school and child that experiences your work”

    -Brigitte, Student, Kimberley Junior PS

“[Prologue helped arrange] one of the most significant learning experiences for our students this year. In 45 minutes they learned more about Haudenosaunee culture than they have all year using textbooks and teaching from non-indigenous educators. The importance of having Indigenous voices in the classroom, an uplifting and positive representation of Indigenous peoples and cultures cannot be overstated. Self-identified Indigenous students were so happy and proud to see themselves and Indigenous identity being shared and uplifted through song, dance and the strong voices of Naomi and Derek”
